Who We Are

The PGA of America is one of the world’s largest sports organizations made up of more than 30,000 PGA Professionals. As a professional trade association founded in 1916, the PGA is deeply committed to bringing greater inclusion to the sport, to the golf industry’s workforce, and to the supply chain so more people can discover the joys of the game.

We take pride in recruiting, training and developing the next generation of golf professionals to manage the game and the $102 billion a year business that surrounds it.  We also orchestrate world class championships including the PGA Championship, the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship, the Senior PGA Championship and the Ryder Cup to eager audiences of everyday golfers and non-golfers alike.

Our Home

The Home of the PGA of America in Frisco, Texas is an incredible destination that welcomes PGA Professionals from around the globe and our team. The 660-acre PGA Frisco campus will host 27 championships over the next 12 years, and the City of Frisco was ranked as the "No. 1 place to live in America" by MONEY Magazine. It's a truly special place.
